Unlock Your Potential with our In-House Executive Engagement / Executive-in-Residence EngagementOptions.
In our Executive EngagementProcess we work to establish your Vision/Mission, Strategy and Tactics forGrowth.
Time to Grow? It won't be easy unless you make a commitment to"unlock your organizational potential". ThePMAC has a tried, true and tested methodology for setting your business on the path to GROWTH! The processis focused - and the outcome is designed to deliver success.
During the process, you may choose to view this as an ExecutiveEngagement Process or an Executive-in- Residence Commitment.
The Process:
Step 1: Establish Presence
In this stage we are introduced as a part of the team. Everyone is at ease and everyone sees this as a great opportunity for themselves(individually) and as a company (collectively). A sense of confidence and trust is created. Familiarity and openness is established.
Step 2: Critical Meetings andInterviews
Here we uncover the obstacles experienced by you and your organization. We dig deep to really understand the goals and aspirations of your staff and we work to develop a true vision and mission that is shared equally by staff and management. Using the collective wisdom of your organization we uncover opportunities and we begin to form strategies and tactics that will steer the organization towards a successful and growth-oriented future.
Step 3: Vision/Mission, Strategy and Tactics
We secure agreement to your Vision/Mission, Strategy and Tactics which can be presented to your organization for wide-spread approval and support.Effort is placed to ensure a complete and thorough understanding of the broad-strokes agenda and a consensus is gained. Alignment is affirmed.
Step 4: Action Plans - Execute
Organizational Vision/Mission, Strategy and Tactics are filtered down to the Departmental / Functional / Individual level. Goals and objectives are established. More concrete Strategies and Tactics are established on a granular level. A plan for moving ahead is agreed upon and individual targets and a follow-up mechanism is established.
This "In-House Executive Engagement" can be handled with Short or Long Term engagement options. In both cases, we leave you and your organization feeling energized and engaged as we lay the path for growth and prosperity.

"Having Performance Management Academy work with our team was the best decision we could make. Together, we learned the importance of being a good manager – armed with useful information, practical tools and a common language to bring forward as we work to improve the quality of our interactions with one another and our staff. Our facilitator was very skilled and took every opportunity to take our comments and questions about present day situations in our work place, and put them in the context of the useful information we were learning through the course. It was interesting, engaging, and allowed us a whole new perspective on why, as managers, “how” we do something is just as important as “what” we do. I would recommend this workshop to any organization that values its employees and workplace health and productivity."

"As a manager of many years in different sectors of employment (e.g.; First Nations, Federal Government, Provincial Government and Private Sector) and having attended Management Training courses over the years, this three day (3-day) course was the most informative and motivational and provided the proper tools and knowledge on how to improve as managers. The Facilitator was most accommodating and I felt that all the people who participated felt very comfortable with him. He was very down to earth and extremely entertaining with his presentation style."
